Banner to attract potential students to a Financial Aid Workshop

We are vocational school that trains people for Hollywood jobs in film and sound editing, motion graphics and new media.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We are looking for an add to go at the the top of our website to announce a Financial Aid Workshop Saturday, February 22 from 10am-1pm. It should fit where the current banner is located at the top of the site (see http://m12.siteground.biz/~videosym/ ). That is it replaces the "ETP" banner at the top of the page. Our desire is to motivate people to click on the banner which will take them to an EventBrite page to register site for the event. The banner should include the date and time in it.
