How stefano 3 started their banner ad journey
Who are you known as?
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
CiaoHosting.com is an italian marketplace designed to help consumers buying the right webhosting product. In a market where people usually don't know what are the companies that are selling webhosting solutions and they don't know what kind of products they need, we try to solve this exposing a marketplace with 500+ products, divided by category, that aims at helping consumers to pick the right product (with the right price) and companies to get their products easily understood and promoted.
Our main group is the owner of HostingTalk.it, an italian leading community and magazine about cloud computing, hosting and web services.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a set of banners to advertise CiaoHosting.com. We'll use them to target our already existing users in HostingTalk.it that are looking for hosting solutions, domain registrations, dedicated server, cloud computing, email and so on.
Our target is from the single individual to the webagency owner or medium company that is looking for an alternative to their hosting / server / mail or just need to start a new project.
We want something very simple. Flat design and with red and white as main color like our website. We should have a clear copy something like "You want an hosting. But you don't know how to pick one" -> "CiaoHosting.com help you with 500+ offers and products" -> "You select what you need and we connect you with the best hosting companies". "Easy. CiaoHosting.com. Start your next web project."
I assume you use animated banner (gif) with more than one steps and some images. Nothing very "hard to get", our users are not always experts.
In particular we should use "Start your next web project" as payoff of the banner campaign.
