stuartevangregory got their new banner ad by running a design contest:
ESL Assist Facebook Banner Contest
Check out stuartevangregory's Banner ad contest…
It's a business support software for ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers. It offers scheduling (think Google Calendar), invoicing, and emailing services for ESL teachers so that they can run their businesses more efficiently. The slogan needs work, but I'm thinking of something like, "Let us do the work so you can get down to business!" or "Automate your ESL school!"
What's your vision?
I've got three PDF files that I plan on putting on the test site (see attached). They're screenshots of the scheduling, automated invoicing, and student profile functions. I want some or all of these to be used in the banners. They're banners for Facebook ads, so there's a limit to how much text they can hold, but I'm thinking about doing the following: Patterns: Two patterns for click buttons, with slightly different designs for A/B testing. Text: "Automate your ESL business! Schedule, invoice, and contact students with ESL Assist!" Button: "Click for more info!" or "Optimize your ESL business today!" Open to suggestions for catchier copy or banner contents, but there should be some sort of logic behind such suggestions, whether based on market research or previous experience.
Banners are for Facebook ads, so they must have the required width/height specifications and text/banner ratios. We don't currently have a logo for the company, so just putting the company name (ESL Assist) should be fine. Extra points for a catchy logo, but not 100% necessary.
