Helen has spent years working with teams and individuals, across the world, to help them deliver the best performance they can give and to learn to fulfil their potential, whatever that may be. Over the years Helen has developed a curiosity to understand what makes her and others tick, and to help them become better leaders in the workplace by learning to care and love their teams.
This book is about how to become a leader that people want to follow by building a culture of trust and love at work. It is about my journey to become the best leader I can be, in my own unique way rather than the leader I was told I should be.
This book straddles genres, it will appeal to leaders in a corporate environment who are looking to try something new as the "old" ways are no longer working. It will also appeal to people who are interested in personal development or self help.
The image that I love when talking about this book is the Phoenix. The myth of rebirth from the ashes resonates with me as I feel as though my journey to become a leader has required me to do just that. I want the design to be unique and eye-catching yet uncomplicated at the same time. I have just seen this image which I like https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/fiery-phoenix-bright-colors-vector-illustration-593728679
