Hello Excellent Designers!

I’ve written a book on self-improvement and creating personal change. The title is “Tom’s List: 50 Commandments to Transform Your Life."

I'm looking for an awesome book cover for my self-help book. Several years ago my best friend died after s brief battle with cancer at the age of 59. While cleaning out his briefcase, his wife found a neatly typed one-page sheet listing 50 commandments to live by. These were derived from Tom reading one book each week for more than 25 years. My book has 50 short chapters based on each commandment and will be about 110 pages.

It is geared toward people who need to improve their lives but don’t know how. They are currently settling for mediocrity.

This cover (front, back, and spine) will be used in conjunction with Amazon's Createspace. It will be an eBook and available as print on demand in the size of 6" x 9." I'm picturing a cover which is clean, bright, and pops. I invite you to give it your very best effort. I'm projecting additional titles which will need awesome covers. Author name is Dr. Randall K. Hartman. I would like my picture somewhere on the back cover. (A brief author bio is attached. I've also attached 3 different author pics. Feel free to use the one which best enhances your design.)
