Attorney & Law
I service companies with all their business law needs, focusing on start-ups and emerging growth companies. I form them, finance them, get them sold or IPO'd. In the meantime, I handle all their corporate legal matters. My specialties are crowdfunding and securities laws in general.
What's your vision?
I would like to publish an ebook on Amazon on the impact of Dodd-Frank on hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity, family offices and foreign asset managers. It will be a compilation of practical guides that I did when Dodd-Frank came out. The book will be plain-English (not legalese), real life, practical. It will be about 50-60 pages. I will need the design for the book cover, the back, the spine and the first chapter (ie the book lay-out, ie a template for the other chapters). I would like the book to be optically appealing and I would like to include images, which means it should not look like your typical legal textbook. this project is the first of a series so it should be replicable without being the same (ie someone who liked the format should be able to realize that I am the same author). My website at www.eckerlelawyers.com would be the best reference. I would like to keep the mountain/skiing theme and also the colors. Maybe the back cover can include my image in some form. The working title would be: Dodd-Frank and the Advisors Act.
I have the pdf version of the format that is on the website for the guides. also, the website should be guiding the design process. This is a link to one of the guides: http://eckerlelawyers.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Eckerle-PG-CalculatingRegAssetsOnFormADV.pdf More can be found on my website under blog and news under "practical guides"
