What's your vision?
Hello ~ This is a book cover design contest for a forthcoming title of ours called Drug of Choice. Here is a design brief: Title: Drug of Choice Sub-Title: The Inspiring True Story of the One-Armed Criminal Who Mastered Love and Made Millions Author: Mark Van Stratum For this cover design we want the title prominently featured, and the sub-title also very legible from a distance. So, this means that probably 50%-60% of the cover real estate should be title and sub-title text. We want people to be able to see this book walking past it in an airport and have it grab their attention and make them want to pick it up and learn. Perhaps try 3 illustrated images that show a sequence of events; Criminal behavior >> Mastering Love >> Making Millions For these illustrations, reference the attached construction signs. This yellow & black theme with illustrations is a good guideline for the cover design and color scheme we are looking for. BUT - Please feel free to use your creativity and come up with something we could never think of!
