Designer was super accommodating. Bit of a language barrier. But we worked through it. Thanks!
Alleuy was great to work with! Alleuy understood my design concept/vision and was able to take the idea even further so that it became a totally unique logo.
Very pleased with design

Solid State Properties LLC
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My business is a real estate brokerage and property management firm located in New York City that specializes in management and brokerage of small (5 stories and less), historic (often falling into landmark designation zones and usually over 100 years old) residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. My clientele are small to medium landlords owning property in Manhattan and/or Brooklyn, and they tend to have sophisticated taste yet are straight-forward and business-minded. I chose Solid State Properties to both signify a grounded nature of my firm as well as a slight nod to being technologically forward. But honesty and forthrightness are what characterize my business style.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

I like the monochrome color, the treatment of the name
It's not really what I envision but I like that it's simple and no nonsense.
Simplicity. I prefer the graphic to be to one side instead of on top - don't want it to hog so much of the letterhead or business card.
Easy to identify, logo makes sense, monochromatic
It's more whimsical than I like but I like the simplicity, easy to reproduce.
I really like the font, feels old timey but industrial. Monochromatic, neutral colors
Again, monochromatic, can go on any background. I like the older sophisticated font and the simple graphic. I don't really know if my logo should be a serif font but I do like them.
I really like simple and clean designs - this doesn't mean modern or strictly sans-serif. But not busy. Sophisticated, maybe a little old timey. Possibly (not necessarily) limited to two colors + white.
