We have a LA partner and a OC partner - Our specific areas in LA are Beverly Hills , santa Monica, Brentwood and surrounding areas and in Orange county , we are focusing in Newport Beach , Laguna Beach and surrounding areas - we will target single family middle to high end single family home buyers and also developers who build high end apartment and condo for sale projects - We will also be a full service "concierge" Real Estate service - We have construction, architecture , interior design backgrounds as well as hospitality so whatever anyone needs to provide a seamless real estate experience

The different font and logo is really interesting
This is a new partnership although we have been friends for 15 years -
We both have a heavy RE background and we want to project something new and different in the world of real Estate but not to out of the box that people are confused by what we are and what we do - People are busy and we want to get back to providing service (hence the concierge tag word) - our demographic is high end but we don’t want to scare away the first time buyers or the move up client or the retired person looking to relocate - sophisticated mass appeal is a good goal
