Brookwood Cabinets has provided quality products and services to residents and contractors in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area since 1948. We design and build custom cabinets for each individual project – each component carefully fabricated to meet each client's specific needs. Every piece of cabinetry is fabricated from raw materials by our team of experienced craftsmen. We will be catering to high-end clients between the ages of 30-60, lake (vacation) home buyers, new home builds, and remodels who value well-crafted custom cabinets. More info from one of the owners: We will not be a brand for the masses. We will not be for everyone. We will not be about quantity but quality. We will continue to strive to develop long term relationships with clients just as the 70 year old company has always done but we will do it even better by really staying in touch with them through better marketing on an on-going, consistent basis. We want to be their home services go-to where they can expect consistent quality based on solid systems our top-drawer management team has put into place. We will provide a high-touch, full-service, white-glove level of service. We will only employ the very best people for each position; people who love to work in a team environment. And love people. We will hire for personality and work ethic first and foremost for office staff; skills for the craftsmen will be very important; We can train much of the skills needed but we cannot train the personality. We will take great care of our staff/team with better than average pay and benefits. It will be THE place service industry people want to work in NE Indiana, one of the best places to work awarding winning employers; a place where people care about each other first and foremost; about other teammates and our clients. -I feel like we just need a sophisticated, yet modern looking B for Brookwood; and font; where we can simply plug in each new service easily like landscaping, construction; plumbing, electrical, appliances etc. We will always stay on trend, keeping up to date with the market’s new styles and approaches to each service level. We will have a lovely showroom where people love to come and work on their homes. We will serve coffee, soft drinks and even wine. :) We will have soft music playing. They will feel very comfortable there and cared for. We will try to take the stress out of the process and make it FUN! Very boutique feel.
This company was founded in 1948, so it might be fun to explore a more retro or older classical look. For color, I'm open to ideas - but I do like a black & white combination, a combo of navy blue and brown/gold (similar to a wood grain color), black/brown, putty gray/brown, golds, vintage orange, olive green. Words/phrases that describe the feel we're going for: Craftsman, artisan, home design, high-end quality, custom, unique, beautiful wood work, hand made, hand crafted, fabrication. I'd love for the logo to be spacious and readable. Elegant with an craftsman vibe.
