We are a luxury real estate partnership focusing on lake and luxury properties priced above $850,000. Our brokerage is Keefe Real Estate, located in Lake Geneva, WI. . Our target audience is wealthy - think investment bankers. traders, executives, CEO's, etc. Our audience is late 30's to 70's, primarily married, or single, successful professionals. Most of our audience are college graduates. Interests include sailing, boating, international travel. Legacy properties, family time, and a relaxed lifestyle are all important values. There is a segment of our audience that is extremely private, discreet, and under the radar.

Our brand must convey LUXURY. Attached are brands/images that we like. Simple, yet elegant. Our team name is a combination of our last names - "Hartley Brongiel" - For a logo, we like the use of H and B - perhaps back to back. We do like the idea of a key being incorporate into our brand. Perhaps a victorian key or another option to fit with the luxury feel.
