We use a slogan Exclusively for Solo Travellers but not sure if it should be incorporated into the design. Happy to see options
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a tour company (http://www.twosacrowd.com.au) which specialises in small group tours and exclusive whole of ship/train charters for people who travel by themselves. We started in 2012 in Melbourne. Most clients are single but some have partners who might not share their passion for travelling or keenness on a particular destination. Our small group tours and charters are for solos only - no couples and no families or kids. Just like minded solos. All clients have their own room - we never ask clients to share a room. Our prices are great value and all our tours are accompanied by one of our Tour Hosts. Many of our clients who have travelled with other companies (eg APT) say they felt alone travelling with a whole bunch of couples. We give them the opportunity to spread their wings and see the world...and make new friends. Our hosts make everyone feel at home. Our target audience is men and women 45 years and above, Higher socio eco demographic but still value conscious. 80% of our database and Facebook followers (around 20,000) are female but less than 5% of our travellers are men. So the logo design must appeal to women but also engage men. Our clients are in Australia and New Zealand but we are starting to pick up some clients from the US. While we are an online business, clients cannot click to bool as we encourage them to call our office and speak to one of the team first, They always have questions. in 2020 we plan to also plan to to distribute our tours via travel agents.

We currently have a logo and style guide developed 7 years ago (see attached) We also have a website which was recently rebuilt. Logo design ideas should consider the existing website layout. I'm not keen to redo the website again. While I wish to continue with the existing PMS 7651, I think the existing logo looks amateurish. I don't think it conveys freshness, fun and freedom . I like the focus on freedom because that is what we sell really. The ability to soar through the skies. Many of our clients say they can now travel without feeling isolated and discriminated against (by couples and tour companies) due to the twin share bias of the industry. Its important to note that our target audience is 40 plus but the majority are 55 - 70. Again we need to cater for the majority. We need to convey a sense of freedom and fun without it looking like a Contiki tour idea . Our audience need to feel secure. See our facebook page for images of tours.
