Medical & Pharmaceutical
This is an iPhone and Android app. It is a 25 questions assessment that generates an overall stress score and associated severity (i.e. low, moderate, elevated, high). The app allows you to drill down into the nature of the stress, as well as track your stress score over time to see if you are making progress in being less stressed. The app is currently free, and has been live for 2 years. It has over 500,000 downloads worldwide. See http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/stress-check/id330049595?mt=8 Our goal is to be the leading stress assessment mobile app and to provide an accurate and valid stress score.
What's your vision?
I'm looking for something more professional, sophisticated, and sleeker than my current icon. The icon currently looks a bit cheesy and it may be unclear that this app is serious v.s. a game. I need the app icon to convey professionalism and "trusted source". Another goal is that the icon sticks out among other app icons on a busy iPhone home screen. In general, the icon should have something to do with Stress and measurement. It should also be compatible with the general look/feel of the the question screens (i..e metallic and dark grey. see http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/stress-check/id330049595?mt=8). Consistent with apple icon standards, the icon should be created 512x512 px. I do think adding dimensionality (i.e. 3d) adds a lot to an app icon. An app that has knocked us off, Stress Check by Azumio, admittedly has a gorgeous icon that leverages dimensionality. see http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/stress-check-by-azumio/id439500612?mt=8 Outside of those parameters, you have free creative reigns!
The app is for a global audience and I'm targeting 18-50 age, so pretty wide audience.
