SmartPay is an electronic bill presentment and payment solution. Merchants get their own portal with their brand where they can manage customer data and send out electronic invoices. Their customers receive an email of their invoice & visit the website to make either a 1-time payment or to set up their account for AutoPay, which pays their bill each month automatically for them using a credit card or checking account they have specified.
A new capability that sets us apart from our competition is our alignment with an advertising/marketing component. We allow our customers to create marketing campaigns from within our software so that they can send targeted marketing messages to their customers using 2 methods: banner ads or attachments within the email when they are invoiced as well as banner ads w/in the customer portal when they log in to make a payment. So, merchants not only save money by using SmartPay, but they also make money & generate new sales opps by up selling their customers.
So, if I am a cable company (merchant), I may decide to display a specific banner ad to my internet only customers to encourage them to sign up for a special promotion on an internet & phone package. The merchants can even sell the advertising space in their customer portal, to a partner to make $.

We recently got a new logo and decided it was time to give the whole site a new look. As a company, our focus is changing from the whole green-theme to being more technology, feature and customer service centric. No more windmills and leaves.
We still like the greens & grays for colors.
We want to be fresh. There is a lot we're trying to say, but don't want our users to be overwhelmed.
We like the 37signals.com approach of having a lot of info on the home page. We're not afraid to make a user scroll.
