Respondus
This email is for contacts within our database at institutions that license our software applications. They are professors, instructors, instructional designers, IT staff, and administrators at higher education institutions and school districts.
We'd like this to be consistent in overall feel, with our latest branding efforts. See the simple and clean logo on our website, landing pages (www.respondus.com/monitor, http://www.respondus.com/lockdown), and our brochure (http://respondus.com/products/Respo…ochure.pdf) for examples. The email colors do NOT need to be the blue and green that you see on those pages and brochure - we're not tied to those colors at all - but that's an option. We've also used a deep orange (pantone 717C or close to it) quite a bit lately. Please do not use red, purple or true pastel colors.
Please keep in mind we want to keep the ratio of images to text down, so most text should be in a font that will work well as text, not just as an image. But if the design works best with, for example, header text to be included as an image, that's ok.
