Character design for the survey site

We are looking for the character(s) design for our website. We are developing the survey site, which our members reply some questions, accumulate points and convert them into reward (similar to Toluna).

We made the mock up but the design of our character does not fit well and we need the help from the professional. The character (it could be characters) you propose is going to be used on our web sites, replacing the current

The attached is the current mockups. It is bad but I put for your references. Based on the characters you propose, we would change the other designs, fonts and others (so just see it as a reference).

What we want to get proposed is the following character (characters)

(1) the one who looks happy with many rewards with his survey
contributions (This is used at the top. This icon indicates that you
could win the rewards by answering the surveys).
(2) the one who holds many rewards
(3) the one using smart phone to answer the survey (if difficult,
holding smart phone with survey-like UI)

- the site is targeting people in 20's. The location is South East
Asia
- 1-3 could be either the same or different characters
- reward could be travel tickets, movie tickets, mobile cards and
lucky draw rewards such as iT products (headphones, iPad etc)

The image that I expect the character is fun, fashionable, cool and
lovely, but not too cute or childish

For reward, please do not use the picts that associates the specific products or company too much.
