Illustrate a timeline into a Story

Founded in 1872 by Balage Porolis de Silva, the company had its early beginnings as a jewelery shop on the banks of the Singapore river. It has since grown in to a diversified conglomorate which stays true to the founder’s principles. A selection of companies includes B.P. de Silva Jewellers for bespoke pieces; RISIS, known for gold plated orchids and sculptures; and The 1872 Clipper Tea Company which features the finest in Sri Lankan tea. Family owned and run after 144 years in the luxury goods business, they plan to continue the lasting legacy through building home grown brands.

We want to tell a visual story of our history in the style of Christina Ung. If you look at the presentation file, we want to replace the timeline with a visual that tells a story.
