I have a million dollar bill that someone made for me about 10 years ago. I use these to give to people and clients for marketing.  I am finally about to run out of the 5000 that had printed. I can not find or remember who made these for me. So I want someone to recreate almost the same thing for me. But this time I want to own the design so I can print them as I need them. I am going attach the jpeg of the front and back that i scanned. I am also going to attach my updated head shot to be updated into the oval in the middle of the front side of the bill.  I have left the back of the bill with the large open area in the middle so I can print different messages as needed over time.  I will need the design to have a clear back ground so I can print it directly to the type of paper that I use.  I don't want the printer to print any white onto the paper.  Basically this is a contest for whoever gets the design almost exact first.  If the first design looks pretty exact like what I have uploaded, I will end the contest and award you the money.  If 99designs allows me to do that.

The back side of the bill has LocalGeorge.com at the bottom. That should be in the same color of the design
