Mugen Noodle bar is a restaurant that specialize in (tsukemen) Dipping style ramen with tori paitan as our main stock. Tori paitan is a creamy chicken bones stock that boil for 10-12 hours until it creamy white in color. Our noodle are made from organic wheat and barley with an option of egg noodle. Local ingredients are use whenever they are available. All menu items are made in a small batch fresh daily, so when we run out of products we will not be making more that day. Our target audience are teenagers to working class adult.

Our mission is to serve fresh local noodle dishes with unique seasonal flavors while providing a charming yet artistic atmosphere for customers to enjoy.

Our vision is to be able to support the community art and culinary programs in igniting the creative spark of future generations. Creativity is the ability to generate and communicate original ideas and appreciate the nature of beauty. It fosters imagination, innovation, and a sense of aesthetics.

We want to nurture an inviting and comfortable relationship with our customers. We value using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients, which lets our dishes shine. Food is our passion and we want to create noodle dishes that satisfy all.

We want an art illustration that represent who we are, what we sell and what we will do. We will use the winning design as a centerpiece of our restaurant. Only thing to note on is, the background wall of the art piece will be white in color. We are looking for creativity and innovative design.
