Job board for professional truck drivers. We list employment ads for trucking companies that want to hire drivers, so the audience for our website and for this landing page is professional truck drivers, mostly male, blue collar, all over 21, but mostly 35 - 54.

Must have a smiling, friendly operator (female) and a place for a vertical form like the one on our current landing page.

The landing page at the link above has worked very well for us, but I designed it, and I know it can be better. I like the theme of "CHOICES" because we are offering the driver a lot of choices in types of jobs and companies. One thing I want to add is a choice in how he responds, so I want to add some type of icon/photo with room for this text "Prefer to call? I'll fill out the form for you. Just call me at 800-111-1111." So, to recap, I want a better layout, focusing on choices, and a clean way to have the response methods (the phone number and the form) showing the driver how to respond. And it's VERY important that the form be "above the fold" - no forcing the user to scroll down to see how to respond. NOTE: this is for design only - no coding required. THANKS!
