Fantastic designer, very patience with great creativity and attention to detail, and enjoyable to work with. Thank you for an excellent job!
During our contest our company image shifted and evolved as we grew. This led to a lot of confusion with the designers, however double6ix, was not worried. He effortlessly transformed his logos to our every demand. An amazing artist and incredibly understanding designer.
How andrew.jones.patents started their logo & business card journey
Who are you known as?
Foundry Intellectual Property
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Patent and trade mark attorney services. We prepare IP protection for ideas, designs, names and logos. We have two target markets - local inventors/businesses and other patent attorneys in foreign countries. As a large part of our target market is overseas (including Asia), a logo will need to be accessible across cultures.
Patent attorney firms are generally quite conservative. Foundry would like to differentiate itself by being new and progressive while still being serious, respectable and trustworthy.
The name “Foundry” is from a factory that casts metals. Metals are melted in a furnace and the molten metal is poured into a mould to create the required shape. The idea is that as a patent practice we shape ideas and provide strong protection for inventions.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Attorney & Law
Other color requirements
sharply visually contrasting colours (e.g. steel grey vs white), especially for the business card (see below)

The attached cards are my former business cards. I like the contrasting colours and "shorter height", although I wouldn't want my new business cards to be quite as short.
