We are a Canadian non-profit NGO, intent on advancing court challenges to protect the rights of those least advantaged, e.g. children, those with special needs (e.g. those with mental and physical handicaps), women, minorities (e.g. those of color, different ethnicity and First Nations, aboriginal peoples). We are also concerned with future generations (i.e. intergenerational equity issues), (e.g. basic human rights, environmental management, genetic engineering, sex selective abortions, etc.).
