I am an attorney and founder of North Carolina Small Business Law, a non-traditional law firm that sells the services of a licensed attorney (me) through an E-commerce platform at predictable flat fees.
The mission of the law firm is to provide a full range of legal services to small businesses in an efficient, convenient, and affordable manner. To achieve these objectives the firm places a high emphasis on technology and outsourcing legal processes.

I want a logo designed for my website, business cards and letter head that I can possible incorporate into other mediums in the future.
The future web address for the law firm is: http://www.ncsmallbusinesslaw.com
The logo may state the firm name as "North Carolina Small Business Law" or "N.C. Small Business Law". The designer may choose whether to abbreviate North Carolina or not.
In the Slogan field I included the byline "Jeffrey Bloomfield PLLC" the designer is not required to incorporate this byline but may incorporate it at his or her discretion.
I do not like stock photography or images.
The logo should be clean and simple. It should also be easy to read.
The logo will be placed over or above a banner image on the website. The photos will be of myself in my clients place of business or with my clients in a work setting.
Please no logos featuring law and order symbols. For example, no gavel, scales of justice, lady justice or Greek column symbols. My focus is entirely on small business issues such as 1) business and non-profit formation, 2) trademarks, 3) contract review and drafting, 4) tax issues and 5) civil business disputes.
My current client base consists of local retail and service businesses such as hair salons, bike shops, food trucks, home improvement contractors, web developers, small trucking companies and healthcare providers. My target demographic is between 34 and 50 years old and skews slightly male.
