SHINE A Modern Academy for girls
SHINE Academy for Girls is a exclusive, modern academy for girls in a large Australian capital city.
The curriculum promotes standards of excellence in life skill disciplines including:
Social Etiquette, Assertiveness, Self-Esteem, Emotional Resilience, Elocution and Deportment, Emotional and Social Intelligence
for girls aged 11 to 18 years.
Classes are held outside school hours.
You might describe it as a modern finishing school.
Parents and grandparents who see a need for refinement of their daughter's social etiquette and emotional resilience skills beyond what their daughter is learning at school.
The target audience's income level is moderate to high.
The logo image needs to be bold,clean-line, elegant, outstanding.
(no old-fashioned fonts)
Please do not take the word shine literally. Sparkles, stars, shining icons, etc are out.
It is an academy of substance. Think old English school or bank of repute.
The logo must attract the parents and grandparents, but also be attractive to the girls so that they will be proud to tell their friends that they are a student at SHINE Academy.
You may consider the style of a name plate on a door of a medical surgery with border(s),
(Colour preferences found at colorhunter.com)
Background colour of chocolate - darker than milk chocolate (#220F0A)
The accent colours could be a vivid aqua (#009FFF)
The text could be in white or cream.
I am not (too) attached to this colour scheme so if you have other ideas I am willing and open to consider them. I see aqua (no green tones) as the colour of hope.
The art needs to be in a vector format (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator) layers intact so we can resize vector graphics without any loss of quality.
WINNER must provide:
a) A modifiable vector version of the logo in .ai, .psd or .eps (CMYK)
b) Web file format - .jpg (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
We need full intellectual rights to the logo upon payment.
Warm wishes and grateful thanks in advance to all who participate.
