Animus Institute needs a new logo

Developing the Art of Transformation
Animus Institute is a new organisation whose core focus is developing skills in coaching, NLP and related therapies. Our activities will include training programmes, research, film-making, publishing and events. We wish to be taken seriously and to make an impact but we are not an old-fashioned academic style institute. We want to take the new more connected approach to business, embracing social media, community, a heart-centred philosophy and a friendly, behind the scenes feel. Our target market is individuals who want to work with people to help them change their lives. They are predominantly, though not exclusively, female around 30 - 45. We are interested in individuals rather than corporates looking to develop typical coaches. As such we're looking for a warm, organic feel that is simple, clear and professional.
Logo types to explore
1) the tagline does not have to be a permanent feature - it would be good to have a logo which doesn't include it too 2) I would like Animus to be a the main focus and Institute to be a smaller part of it. I also have four parts to the school and would like to use variations of the logo to show: Education; Incubation; Exploration; and Collaboration to replace Institute. 3) I think having Animus in a solid coloured circle in a nice font could look great and simple with Institute outside going round the bottom right edge. Just a thought but please be creative.
