How sarah zU started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Catalyss Homes or just "Catalyss"
What’s your company slogan?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are getting ready to develop 175 homes in the Yakima Valley in WA State. The Yakima Valley is an agricultural area and has not had much new development within city limits. The land is on 30 acres with views looking out over the valley. This will be an upscale neighborhood with our target market being the baby boomer generation or professionals (doctors, lawyers, etc.).
Our architecture is going to be something that Yakima has not seen yet. I would describe it as transitional modern. The floor plans will focus on indoor/outdoor space. The homes will be about 1600 square feet...not super huge, but a high end quality. We like unique looks, clean lines and something that says luxury.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Real Estate & Mortgage
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Oranges: Creativity, adventure and happiness.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
This will be an award winning property...so we want an award winning logo! :-)
This is just the first step of this project. If we like the design and working with you, we would like to develop a long term working relationship to continue to develop marketing materials, etc. for this project.
We value you and your input! Let's work together to come up with a stand out logo...and then more for this project!
The attached rendering is actually for phase 2 of the project, which is a high end duplex community. The first phase is the single family home portion...Ironically, I don't have renderings for this portion yet. However, you can get a good idea of the architecture from the attached images.
