Other color requirements
Prefer black/grays with dark green accents - the same dark green from in the branding deck. Open to some deep ocean blue, and fall orange accents as well. This is the color palate of the Hudson River Valley. Thanks!

"The Bridge Line" is an old railroad term used to identify connection routes through tertiary town/cities. The theme I am going for is late 1800s, early 1900s railroad line theme in the Northeast. Like Delaware and Hudson rail co, The New York Rail co, etc. See the attached branding slides. We are focused on rebuilding historic main street real estate in transit oriented cities, former Bridge Line cities (currently focused along the hudson river) that revolve around a central train station. for example we have several developments in Poughkeepsie NY. In Poughkeepsie an old railroad bridge (The Poughkeepsie Bridge) was recently converted to the longest pedestrian walkway in the world called the walkway over the hudson. The idea is to pay homage to the old rail lines that built the hudson valley and greater northeast with a rustic 1890s-1930s vibe.
