Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The big picture:
Currently 70% of turnover is to trade/wholesale customers and the perception from passers by is that we only sell to the trade. We want to change our image/ customer perception through our logo. We would like to consumer to perceive us as a high quality retailer of wine and spirits with a friendly and relaxed approach. Our site is on an industrial trading estate in an affluent residential area of St Albans 1 km out of the city centre.
2. THE OPPORTUNITY
To date no real focus has been made on marketing the business, all business has been walk in. There has also been no online presence. By rebranding and adding an on trade side to the business (customers will be able to buy wine to drink in store) we can use this to market the business effectively online and physical brand presence to increase retail footfall as well as overall sales.
