condosavvy.ca is an toronto based real estate service focused on helping consumers source and buy preconstruction condos for investment. We are an urban, design focused brand with resale focus of beautiful urban spaces. Pre construction Business is focused on the downtown urban core and buyers range from 30-60 and tend to be affluent an/or upwardly mobile.

I've run this contest before and I didn't get anything that really hit the mark or even met the criteria of my brief so this time I'm making it a point to clarify specifically what I need.
The winning design must meet the following criteria:
1) logo must clearly imply that this is for preconstruction condos. A crane should be incorporated somewhere into the design however if you can think of a better way to convey the preconstruction angle, I'm happy to see it.
2) be very modern and stylish. We are talking about design forward condos ranging from $500K to $1.5M per unit in a major metropolitan area.
3) The condosavvy.ca is the logo and needs to be incorporated as such with the logo ideally being incorporated into the word rather than to the side. Font choice will be very important. Sans serif preferred
4) formatted to fit well into a square (vs long) for social media purposes. Condo+savvy may be stacked.
