Amazing. Kamen is easy to work with and he REALLY knows his stuff. Definitely better than the rest.
How Patryk404 started their logo design journey
I'm a self-employed IT consultant and have been for the past 10 years. I'm looking to re-brand my business with a new name and a new logo. My work consists mainly of PC and network maintenance for my small to medium sized business clients (a.k.a. turning things off and then on again).
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My target audience consists of my current business clients and any potential new clients. They're usually small companies with less than 30 employees. I suppose what I offer them is problem-free IT solutions for their businesses. I try to keep everything simple and standardized. I'm planning to emphasize remote administration as much as possible - one call and I can fix their problems from anywhere.
From a design perspective I'm looking for something simple. I'm a big fan of geometric designs. In terms of color I'm thinking orange or red as the focus (I'm open to something blue as well). It can be one or two or four or however many colors. I'm not looking for anything fancy - just something to put on letterheads and business cards. I'd like it to work on a white background. I'm unsure as to font - be as creative as you like. I'd like something sharp - nothing with blurred edges. It can be directly incorporated into the text or not - I'm open to either. Maybe something to subtly imply the concept of turning a PC off and on again to fix it (the IT Crowd is right on the money in that regard). I realize the name is a little bland, but I picked the name A-PRO IT to stay at the top of address books, etc. Also: "when you've got computer problems, call a pro!" Horribly corny, I know. To be honest I'm not very familiar with design - feel free to ask for clarification and I'll respond ASAP.
