Working with Abizder was amazing. She is so creative. She understands our needs quickly. Many thanks for the work done
Magnus is a great artist, we love his ideas and attitude. He created our logo and we came back to him for our booklet design. It took us some time to make it to the final version of the booklet, but we're more than happy with the result. The communication with Magnus is very easy, he responds promptly and is really very helpful. Whatever we wanted to adjust or change, he was always willing to do what we wanted and we didn't have to wait for long. From our experience he's open-minded and once he knows what you want exactly, he'll make it happen, he even adds something extra which is so lovely to see in our busy world.

- using my domain name http://www.beachlistings.ca and so my goal is to have a nice logo on the home page to incorporate into my site.
- a few designs have come with an overly beachy theme.. Ie palm trees. The neighbourhood is called "the beach" or "beaches "and we do have a sand beach, wood plank boardwalk.. However, I am in Toronto, a city of 3mln and we have normal Homes here and Not just beach homes. Actually it's a real city neighbourhood and so just asking for designs that are beachy but still have a city home aspect.. So no palm trees please. Plus, this is Canada there are no palm trees.
- think more Malibu, California modern hiuse feel and not like a Hawaiian beach tropical feel
Note the boardwalk attachment Photo is of a competitor. Just showing you the area and the boardwalk which is notable
I have also included a photo of the Leuty Lifeguard station, which is also a notable feature of the area. I also sent a photo of a classic Cape Cod style house in the area.
