Create the next logo for Colusa County Fire Chiefs Association

The Colusa County Fire Chiefs Association is comprised of Fire Department Officials from seven volunteer and combined fire departments in the Central Valley of California. The Association represents all of the members (career and volunteer) emergency responders in the County. The area is characterized by their abundance agriculture, namely Almond Trees and Rice Fields as well as wildlife (ducks). The name should be prominent "Colusa County Fire Chiefs Association." I've attached a logo as an example to give you an idea of what we're looking for. Ultimately we're trying to attract young men and women to join a fire department (ages 18-35), but really the county is in need of unified branding (vs. 7 logos for each department).

You will definitely want to use the maltese cross as a part of the logo. The Association has a strong sense of service and pride, along with serving the community as emergency responders to fire and medical emergencies.
