Greg came up a clean, sharp logo for my project that had the added benefit of contributing an iconic brand image. Extraordinarily useful, all round. He's responsive, fast, and hard-working. I hope we can work together again!
Lemonjio won my contest due to his very creative and unique logo. He then was willing to work with me to refine the design further after the contest, despite being under no obligation to do so. I recommend him highly and am likely to use him again soon.

The process of choosing, editing and comparing all of the various logo designs was made much easier due to the response time provided by mcollom. Color changes were always fast and our design changes were received with no down time. Thank you mcollom and all of the great designers who worked with us on our new logo!
Alex competed in a VERY crowded field and went straight to the top. He was incredibly responsive to ideas along the way -- a real collaborator -- which helps tremendously when coming up with a design from scratch. In the end, his vision not only satisfied our need for a company logo, but the modularity of his design allowed us to brand each of our product lines in a way that was consistent with the master logo. This was far more than I was hoping for and it is ALL because of Alex's talent and vision!

Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We develop land and build homes in the Portland, OR area. We are the only builder in the area to receive a platinum energy efficiency rating from earth advantage. We focus on quality and doing everything right the first time around. Our median price is about 550k per home so our target market consists of mainly "move up" buyers. (ie 2nd or 3rd home)

We would like to keep the big "N" in the logo (shown below) as a shadow image in the background of the new logo. Other than that we need to freshen the logo up with simple yet fresh fonts, cool colors, and some accents that make it pop. The two most important words "Simple" and "Fresh." Also getting some Pacific NW feel incorporated in the logo in a creative way could be cool too
