Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Educates and facilitates behaviour change for people (parents, general adult population, child care workers, teachers - anyone interested in making better food choices) on the psychology of food choice and how to change their food choices. The aim is to help people to understand what influences their food choices, and those of their children, and to help them make healthy food choices, repeatedly. We do not tell people what to eat, but we help them to make better choices and develop healthy eating habits. We are academics who apply what we know from the scientific literature to help the public, therefore everything we do is evidence-based.

I don't want any pictures of foods or things related to nutrition specifically as the focus is on eating/choice/psychology and not the health effects of different foods. This can be confusing for people but we are not a nutrition organisation! Our other point of differences is that we are academics, and it would be great if the evidence-based nature of our work could be communicated somehow.
