where law meets common sense
Attorney & Law
lawbrief.com.au is an Australian blogging site that I am in the process of creating in my own personal capacity. I am Australian lawyer working for a generalist law firm. I want Law Brief to be a medium that I will be able to use to write about the law (in a blog) in an interesting and informative manner yet in concise or "brief" words as suggested by the title. I want to be able to link the blog to social media (i.e. Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn etc) so that friends, family, clients, potential clients and colleagues in the industry are aware of both my love for my subject matter but also that I am an expert in my fields. Law Brief is a modern legal blog that will appeal to a technically savvy audience (i.e. users of social media, younger people, professional people etc.). It should also be able to create business leads that ultimately result in work being directed to me. The slogan is as follows: ""where law meets common sense"
Logo types to explore
Change to instructions for logo. Please use any colour scheme that you think will look good. I want to go outside of the limitations that I placed on the three colours of sky blue, white and black. Its now solely up to you as the designer. Please try and come up with something totally unique and "out there". One such idea that I thought of was having a piece of paper (the brief) with a stamp coming off of it. The imprint on the brief would have Law Brief with some type of unique colour scheme and logo. It's an idea. Could someone please try it? It doesn't have to be this though. It can be whatever you like. Please Note: I want you try something completely "out of the box". Think differently. Don't necessarily confine your designs to my initial instructions. Look at example logos posted below, which I would regard as being modern, simple and smart. This is what I want achieved.
