Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are therapists providing workshops and group therapy to teens, adults, and professionals. We use creativity, community, and story to empower people to own their authentic selves. Our trainings for professionals focus on teaching shame resilience, self-compassion, and empathy. We encourage participants to engage courageously and vulnerably in the various arenas in their lives. We are all about courage, compassion, and connection; our vehicle is creativity.
