feather&twine got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Creative with a touch of vintage charm will win us over!

We will be a retro vintage look coffee house that sells home wares and furniture that have a mixture of french industrial and eclectic styles. We love the retro chalkboard feel.
Logo types to explore
Whilst I like the attached logos of a store with the same name in america ( minus photography) I want it to be different to that. I still want it to be simple but sophisticated- I want a sketched look of a feather somewhere in the logo maybe wrapped in twine at the base of the feather )I would like to see some with color and some in grey and white with a hint of yellow or light mint aqua color. I prefer lower case with no capitals or all capitals, no mixture. I like old school typewriter fonts, handwritten look fonts etc. It needs to have a vintage feel.

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
