Global Pre-Meds
We sell placements for pre-medical students to shadow doctors in hospitals in different countries. The experience allows them to see what it's like to be a doctor, experience healthcare in different environments and cultures, and help them get a place at medical school. The brand is educational, adventurous, exciting. The logo should be appealing to our students aged 18-25, and also to their teachers, tutors and parents.
We feel the most important aspect of the logo is to represent a student - we have the fact that we are a global brand covered in our name. Even better would be to show a medical student shadowing a doctor, but apperciate that might be a little hard.
We need to stick to one or two colors (plus black or white, including the text), so no use of gradient fill. The image must be simple, clear and striking - bold shapes without complex detail.
Serious text and more relaxed graphic is a good balance.
The slogan (Shadowing doctors around the world) will only be used in some situations, so should fit with the logo, but not be an integral part of it.
The logo should be relatively simple to reproduce (e.g. painted onto walls etc) - not complex.
Primary message is the clinical/medical experience. Any image of travel or adventure is secondary to that (so may not feature in the logo - but we're open minded).
We will probably want to use the logo on black T-shirts and navy scrubs.
