He is great! he created this design off of my sketches and brief - but he came up with the exact shape of the logo himself and I love it. He took feedback and direction well and gave me a logo I am so proud of. Thank you!!
Very responsive to changes throughout the entire process. Thanks!
How richardagillis started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a property development company that develops land, commercial and industrial buildings. We are a developer of spaces.
This logo is for a industrial unit complex we are building in the Highlands, hence Highlands Spaces.
We are hoping to attract creative people such as custom car and bike builders, wood workers, potters, painters, coffee roasters and a cross fit gym. A broad range of light industrial creative people.
Spaces is the main brand of our company and as such the creative around Spaces is just as as important as the word Highlands.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Real Estate & Mortgage
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
We are leaning towards using yellow in the building design for large numbers on units, bollards and other smaller items within the complex, whilst going with a darker grey / black for the main building structures and light grey concrete driveways.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Nice font and plenty of space for it to breathe
We like the ---- dashes. One item we are thinking of is playing with spaces such as work_spaces, creative_spaces
Main logo and copy combo
Nice icon that would lend itself to animation, not that we require that.
Simple and like the spaces icon. Kasita design small spaces.
The colours for the logo will also translate into the key colours for the industrial unit complex, from the numbers on roller doors to the colour of the metal cladding.
An example of a industrial unit complex is attached.
