How Mb112081 started their logo design journey
The Pilates Project
I've been practicing and teaching Pilates for six years now. I truly believe that any type of movement with intention is a form of art and yields empowerment. That being said, I created The Pilates Project to inspire my clients to connect their bodies and mind as one and manifest this relationship into movement towards change - positive change. I would like my logo to reflect this somehow. Because power can be subtle and even humble, I would like the logo to embody that as well - subtly and humility. Nothing too flashy, but very striking and elegant. Think art in movement.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My clients range from ages 25-70 so it's really hard to target a specific audience. They are all different - so I would like the logo to be quite versatile. However, they are all health conscious and very focused individuals, committed to their heath.
It would be ideal if the logo expresses a message that is relate-able to all age groups.
Nothing too flashy or too girlie. No butterflies, fairies, stars, etc. No pinks, no neon colors. Nothing to harsh either - not too much black. Open to contrast though, like black and white. My favorite color is red, but I'm not hell bent on having red in the logo. BUT, I am very drawn to the color so if you can make it work (with the color red) it will probably catch my attention.
I know I'm very vague but I'm also very open and would like to see what you guys come up with. My website might help: http://www.thepilatesproject.com
