heidihorwood got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Encapsulate the idea of handmade, vintage, recycled, textiles in a logo
Check out heidihorwood's Logo design contest…
I restore and re-upholster old chairs and sofas using vintage and recycled fabrics sewn into a patchwork fabric first. The target audience is anyone who values old things over new. I would describe my work as unique, handmade, upcycled and rustic.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Greens: Growth, harmony and success. Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth. Oranges: Creativity, adventure and happiness.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
heidihorwood collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
Recently completed contests:
We build custom made sofas and also reupholster old furniture to new (sofas and chairs).
We make metal wall art, trailer hitches and other other metal products primarily focused at a military audience.
We make retractable flyscreens for doors and windows. 'Retractable' simply means that the mesh is out & seen when in use
