How Design To Sell started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
oSHen (spelled with phonetic symbols- see image) and the word " Properties " below. The emphasis should be on oSHen and the Properties is almost a descriptor so they know we are in realty. We do not want a house or literal translation of real estate objects.

We sell real estate to wealthy individuals who can afford homes starting at 2 million. They expect high end, modern, streamlined luxury. West LA - focusing on coastal living. Selling the Southern California lifestyle -healthy, cutting edge, and stylish.

What colors do you want to see in your design?

We love the colour Lapis blue but we aren't stuck on that. The word is about water and the feeling should evoke that imagery.We would like a sharp contrast between the logo and the background. It has to pop on real estate signs. Don't be afraid to use the grey scale. The font should be modern and minimalist. We recognize that the word oSHen has some busy details when spelled phonetically so the rest of the imagery should not compete. It should be easy to print (don't get carried away with gradient colour.

We want to use the phonetic spelling including the punctuation. We live in the heart of the film and tech industry. These people are creatives; they appreciate the inherent quality of materials, and simple, clean, smart designs. Just because we use the word luxury - we do not want fancy or opulent imagery. We want something that stands out but is simple and recognizable. If you can show us the logo on a realty sign ...that's even better
