Fresh Clean Logo for SEM/Adwords Management & Consultant Company

We are a new SEM/adwords ppc management company.

Small to medium businesses which need help with online advertising

First off, I may need to be able to take off the "Marketing & Consulting" part of the logo in the future. My LLC is ZenHills, llc. But my company will be ran as ZenHills Marketing & Consulting for now.

So I would like to be able to have a logo which I could remove the "Marketing & Consulting" and still maintain the brand image.

Now... what were a looking for:

We want something simple, but not boring.

not too colorful

very easy to read

needs to be more horizontal than vertical

will signal trust but also edginess (we do internet advertising for small companies that might see this whole internet thing as being "edgy" itself)

Im not sure if it would be better to use "&" or "and" ... try either.. ill see how it looks and comment

we might go international in the future too... so you should include an area for a foreign language subtitle (which I could add myself)

UPDATE:

I would also like included a kind of lightened larger version of part of the logo.. which would be used for a webpage header background

that greyed larger version is what I am talking about (only I want it with the same color as the logo.. but just not as dark)

one thing to keep in mind is that I will need the adobe illustrator files when I select winner... not sure about the policy of that on this site, but just keep it in mind.

keep in mind that the logo doesnt have to have some sort of hills in it... if you want to get creative, by all means do so.
