aadamsE got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Future Residential Community "Rio Vista" Needs a Logo
Check out aadamsE's Logo design contest…
Real Estate & Mortgage
This logo is for a new home development. Nestled in the newly formed City of Jurupa, CA, Rio Vista will be the largest master planned communities ever built in Jurupa. This new community will also contain 66% preserved open space. The property is unique for many reasons, and it contains a 75-foot-wide Palmer's oak shrub that has lived on the site for about 13,000 years, despite inhospitable surroundings, regenerating itself with new shoots. It is thought to be the oldest living plant in California. Perhaps a Palmer's Oak tree/leaf/etc. could be part of the logo With a new regional park, local top rated golf courses, and access to trails and outdoor activities, this will be one of the most exciting new home developments in the Inland Empire. Tones (Earthy) Fonts (Strong / Boulder) Mix of traditional park / active hiking, mountains, rock outcroppings, exposed aggregate, earthy atmosphere

SerFer15 was AMAZING to work with. He was fast to respond, gave wonderful insight into each design, and he clearly read the brief and tried to address several different things we had mentioned. I can't recommend him enough. We would gladly work with him again on anything.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
