Gaglione Strength
John Gaglione is a Sport Performance Specialist at Athletic and Fitness Trainers of Long Island in Massapequa, New York. He is also the director of strength and conditioning for Plainedge High School’s Football and Wrestling Programs.
John has also written many strength and conditioning articles for major online publications such as Elite Fitness Systems and Lighthouse Wrestling. In his free time he enjoys powerlifting and has competition bests of a 675 Squat, 450 Bench and 515 Deadlift.
They type of training methods I use involved powerlifting with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells as well as bands and chains. The athletes I train are typically wrestlers and football players from middle school age, high school age, and even college. The type of training methods are very demanding and intense. I believe that this type of training not only improves sports performance, but also teaches athletes to deal with adversity in their lives outside of their sport.
I think it is so rewarding when you teach someone something and then they take it and use it as their own, it's amazing.
I'm a firm believer that if a person works hard enough they can accomplish almost anything and being mentally tough and sticking with tasks until the bitter end will get you far in life.
Work hard, be consistent, and never give up.
Target audience are athletes who want hardcore and intense training programs. To be more specific they are combat athletes such as wrestlers or fighters from middle school to college and young adults who want to train like warriors.
Pretty much anyone who wants to perform better or get healthier and train hard.

I would like the logo to be diverse enough that I can use it for my website, t-shirts, as well as for other things in the future.
I want the design to embody my style of training and possible include some of the implements I use such as barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells as well as bands and chains for example. I want the logo to scream intensity, hard work, and determination. As well I would like the logo to include Gaglione Strength in it or maybe just GS for short.
I liked black and red for colors.
