This book is about making the shift from shallow and quickly fading pleasures of selfish living so prevalent in our culture of "me, me, me" to the more deep and lasting joys unselfish living "what can I do to help you?" This is a timeless message of caring for those around you, in community, in family, in business, in the world. It is the essence of a fulfilling life.
