Once again, ARs did a magnificent job with her design proposal, and was very speedy and professional in her work relationship with us. Highly recommended!
Great work, rapid response to changes and very easy to work with
Great logo design work all around from Yopie!
Very creative and professional! He had a very original concept and was able to refine the logo based on our vision and feedback. Once we approved, he was extremely helpful in creating useful variations of the design which will come in handy. Very patient throughout. Would definitely recommend that you work with adams_urug! Thanks!
- grounded logos
Grounded logos is the epitome of professionalism! All of my questions were answered promptly and any design changes actioned quickly. Always courteous and, as to be expected with a designer of this calibre, the work is of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to work with grounded logos again, and would recommend that anyone seeking a logo invite grounded logo to enter their contest!
How Debbie SK started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
Skills for life. (might incorporate, not sure)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
'Equipped' will be a website that features a blog, family outdoor program, book and online workshop that teaches parenting skills for raising happy, successful kids. Our target clients are cool techie parents (i.e. organic food, microbrews, iphones) who like to have fun with their kids and invest time in becoming great parents. The logo should instill confidence and at the same be fun and casual. The key message is "You can do this."
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore

-I like simple, stout, hand lettering; something that speaks to guys but doesn't alienate women.
-I am repurposing another website of mine OdysseyOutdoors.net, so logo should look good with the colors on that website.
-Definitely don't want the logo to feel too institutional, or non-profit-y. Should be hip, a little vintage, something a hip, outdoorsy Dad would wear on a t-shirt. However, should also convey authority and professionalism since we are an educational website. Try to strike a balance between the two.
-Simple is good.
-Name should be easy to read, even when logo is small.
