We are a small team of construction finacier. Our company creates a bond between customer and banks, that are able to finance their new property. Most of our customers are between 28 and 55 years old and the target group for our new logo should be appealing to the 30, 35 year olds.

First of all, i´m gonna explain to you the meaning behind the name and the slogan.
"Baufi" stands for Baufinanzierung (construction financing)
"Helden" means heroes, ("construction financing heroes" some could say).
"Wir finanzieren deine (T)Räume" is a german pun and means:
We finance your Dreams/Rooms (Träume - Dreams, Räume - Rooms).
This logo should be appealing to all young adults, who want to buy their first own home (Flat, House, Property,...).
The key words "Baufi" and "Helden" are the foundation of the logo. The challenge behind this design is to combine those two words into one. The endproduct should be something that takes away all the stress and anxiety of our customers regarding this great financial endeavor, just like a finance hero.
We are not a bank, and so isn´t our logo. This logo should represent us. The contact between us and the customer is always our highest priority. We always ensure that our clients are satisfied and financially secured. Until they can move in their own new home we are guiding them through this whole process. This is always creating a trust based bond. This partnership is the intention of the logo we seek.
In this project, try to focus more on the logo than the title. When we found the right logo then we can adjust the title of the design to it.
