Our company 360HR is specializing on different trainings, which regards to Human Resources. The following trainings are offered:
We prepare participants for their applying process. Started with self- and job finding phase, how to write a perfect application - which includes the cover sheet, motivation letter and a CV – and how to be prepared for an interview or Assessment center.
ADA-Schein (Trainer Certificate):
We prepare the participant, which want to become an instructor, for the exam in the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce. After the course the participants are qualified being an instructor/trainer and to hire the right apprentices/trainees, supervise and develop them as an instructor/trainer.
Personalfachkaufmann (Human Resources Manager):
The Human Resources Manager is a higher education, a diploma almost like a Bachelor. We also prepare the participants for this exam with a special focus on HR-Marketing, personnel organization, personnel development and personnel controlling. This exam will also be archived in the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce).
Further courses and seminars are planned and will be included in our portfolio, for example “Business Manual for Trainees”, “Communications Training” and exam preparations for apprentices/trainees.
Our company’s name “360HR” is the abbreviation of “360 degrees Human Resources”. With this we want to clarify that we consider the personnel topic as a holistic topic. We offer courses concerning these personnel topics. Besides that, our Website shows you the latest news and registered reports about personnel topics from the internet (for example: instruction, recruiting, Application documents, leadership, demographic change, etc.).
