gian4 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Kalibra who? The brand you created the logo for!
Check out gian4's Logo design contest…
UPDATED: IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL DESIGNERS: This contest is to design the KALIBRA logo ONLY. All the listed logos below will be created on a one to one basis with the chosen designer. This contest is NOT to create all these logos but they are listed to give the designer creative flexibility to work to their strength if they have an idea that might relate to all the sub-brands of the main brand, KALIBRA. Kalibra requires a new branding logo/s that is representative of it’s new branding strategy and positioning. We require the following logos created: 1.) Kalibra - VIA THIS CONTEST All these in the future to be created one on one with the chosen designer: 2.) Kalibra.ai 3.) Kalibra Health (health on a second line, right-aligned in a smaller black or white/grey font) 4.) Kalibra Move (move on a second line, right-aligned in a smaller black or white/grey font) ) 5.) Kalibra Kids 6.) Kalibrated Background brand information: Information about Kalibra and the new branding strategy that will hopefully help you design a logo that works with the new branding: The Brand Kalibra makes knowing what to do for your health simple for everyone. It cuts through the clutter and gives people the insight they need to inspire positive actions day-by-day, step-by-step. It is direct but never shouty, knowledgeable but always approachable. Emotional Response When someone comes across Kalibra, they should feel confident that they now have what they need to make intentional health choices; they feel in control. Design Guardrails: - Kalibra is a parent brand to multiple services and offers. It must not feel specific to any single one, nor have an asset or graphic device that limits its ability to stretch across the portfolio sub-brands (i.e. Kalibra Health, kalibra.health) - Kalibra is primarily a people health brand, where technology serves as the delivery mechanism. In other words, we are not blockchain, we are not robots. - The focus should be on the Kalibra wordmark, not the domain suffix. Design Words Clean Approachable Sharp IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTE: Also please note one of the important design elements for us is that we want the logo to have its own brand story, If you take the K in the below old logo, you will notice that on the left side there is a piece missing from the K, this was intentional and we want something like this to be part of our new brand logo. If we keep the missing part, we could be creative and make it a little triangle for example pointing right and which could be the top of an arrow that we could then use the rest of the arrow somewhere else in the other letters that we can use as a talking point for the brand and about how Kalibra creates direction and framework for client success with their health.
I’m interested in wordmark logos. I am attaching some designs we like but aren't completely happy with that we feel are completely to brand. (you can use white, black and grey only in addition to these colours please). We are looking for some small element that is created that can be used as a talking point that really resonates with the brand value and provides further credibility to the client when they hear the story. (the colour use in the attached examples are to brand so keep this part of the logos visually similar however the font or thickness of the letters or a smart talking point are missing. For example, the space inside the A could be an arrow or a silhouette of a fist pump that is a client happy to be making progress with their health. something small like this that isn't the focus or overstated is what we are looking for and almost isn't noticed at first glance. We are looking for something simplistic yet sophisticated that is calming and modern. it will need to work with all the other versions of the words I have included in the brief. I am attaching the colour guide that must be used for brand colours
